🏠Sandy Sea Star is a vintage beach cottage dating back to the 1950s. We've updated and refreshed the space while preserving much of its original coastal character. As is common with older beach homes, some features are a bit more compact than newer properties, including the newly tiled shower. We hope you'll enjoy the unique charm and laid-back feel that make this cottage special.

🔑The home features keyless entry on both front and side doors. The Dunes Lower Unit has 2 king bedrooms separated by a full bathroom off the living area. Bedrooms include small closets and wall HVAC units for personalized comfort. Enjoy the lower porch for morning coffee. The living room offers a smart TV, dining seating for 4, and kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, and Keurig.

🚗The backyard includes ample parking, an EV charger, picnic table, and charcoal grill.

📍The Carolina Beach Boardwalk is 1 mile south with restaurants, arcade games, Britt’s Donuts, and ice cream. The Carolina Beach Pier is 0.6 miles north with a seasonal tiki bar and live music. Walk out the front door, cross the street, and you’re on the sand — no parking hassles or long walks required.

Guests will have access to the private lower unit and the shared rinse off / shower area. The backyard is also shared.
