Inside the retreat

Every detail inside is designed for ease. The kitchen is fully stocked — stainless appliances, a Keurig for slow mornings, a blender, cooking basics, spices, all the things you forgot you needed. A generous dining table and breakfast bar keep everyone together, and a high chair means the littlest guests have a seat too.

The primary suite is its own quiet world, with a private en-suite bathroom and a jetted soaking tub built for long, unhurried evenings. Smart TVs and board games fill the spaces in between. And when the day is done, central A/C, fresh linens, and complimentary toiletries take care of everything else.

Guests has access to entire house including garage.

For your peace of mind: KoZy Retreat has 3 exterior security cameras — a Ring doorbell at the front entry, one on the garage corner facing the driveway, and one at the side of the house facing the backyard entrance. All cameras are outward-facing only, motion-activated, and do not monitor any interior spaces or the pool area.

The home is single-story with one step at entry — easy access for most guests. Quiet hours run 10 PM to 8 AM out of respect for neighbors and the tranquility that makes this neighborhood special.
