Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire Cozy Pines Cottage for complete privacy and comfort during their stay. A locked closet between the bedrooms is reserved for owner use. Basement access is available if needed for children’s items or dog crates, but children are kindly asked not to enter this area (and the outdoor shed) for safety reasons.

Other things to note
Please keep these details in mind for your stay:
- 5-6 guests maximum (the home is most comfortable for 5; town occupancy limit is 6)
- Check-in: 3 PM
- Check-out: 10 AM
- Please remove outdoor shoes at the door. Feel free to bring your indoor slippers!
- Up to 2 dogs allowed; please be sure they are on the reservation when booking; a $50 per-pet fee applies.
- Please note that the bathroom is on the first floor, and the bedrooms are upstairs.
- Top bunks are for children only.
- The grill with complimentary propane is available seasonally from May 1st to October 31st.
- Cellular service is limited in this secluded area. We provide fast WiFi.
- Firewood for the fire pit is not provided; local dry firewood is recommended.
- The hot tub remains accessible during winter, but the fire pit is unavailable when snow prevents access.
- Bears are in this area; please do not leave food or trash outside. Secure trash in the large bins in the shed.
- This area is somewhat secluded and uses well water; do not be alarmed if there is some discoloration from minerals.
- Due to the location of this forested home, one may see a cobweb or two on the exterior of the home and sunroom; please keep doors closed as much as possible.
- For your security, the property has one exterior Ring camera monitoring the driveway/entrance.
- No smoking, parties, events, fireworks, glitter, or candles.
- Additional fees may be held from your security deposit if pet waste or cigarette butts are found.
- This home is privately owned. Guests assume all responsibility for their safety and the safety of their friends/family while on the property, including use of the hot tub. Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
