You will not want to leave your private oasis... but you must enjoy all East Tennessee has to offer!! The gated estate features a Bass and Bluegill catch-and-release fishing pond w/ a fountain, walking trails, game area with horseshoes, cornhole, and tetherball, a 5 acre off-leash hayfield for pets, and so much more.

The site includes a 45 ' x 90' (1/10 acre) private fenced yard with a private fire pit. The yard is unsuitable for keeping pets contained...pets can walk under the fence. Two small (<50 lbs each) dogs are allowed for $25 per day, per pet, maximum $200.

RVs must be in new or like-new condition, clean, and well-maintained. Your tow vehicle must be disconnected and parked in the provided covered parking stall.

The site has a private 10'x30' covered area next to the RV site for cooking, playing, and enjoying our East Tennessee lightning bugs and thunderstorms. The covered area has a dining table and chairs, a pellet smoker, an outdoor sink, and a refrigerator/freezer.

All outdoor spaces other than your private space are shared with our 4 on-site cabins, including walking trails, pond, outdoor game area, and hayfields.

The RV Site is best suited for a pull-on, back-out rig. A tow-behind trailer will need to be backed into the site, and the curbside door would be opposite the barn. Due to road dimensions, max RV lengths are: Motorhomes 36', gooseneck 32', bumper tow 24'.

The site includes water, sewer, Wifi, electricity & trash.

A personal gate code entry and check-in directions will be provided 3 days prior to arrival.
