The space
LIVING ROOM+DINING ROOM

Arrive at Desert Heath with open high ceilings and wall to wall windows ~13ft high. Entertainment with bright and open airy concept and over 2500 ft sq. Melt away into the new plush furnishings and enjoy the mid century modern glam meets boho design. Cozy up with the newly remodeled fireplace, throw blankets and a good book. Laugh while watching for your favorite movie and tv show on Netflix on the 70” Smart TV. Gather around the designer dining table and modern seating for 10, while making forever memories with family and friends. Enjoy the open concept kitchen, dining area and the breakfast bar that seats 4. Entertain friends and family with the board / card games. Challenge each other in the game room with the arcade games or a game of foosball to entertain the whole group adjacent to living room.

THE KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully stocked kitchen with a full set of appliances to cook the group's favorite meals. It has all the comforts of home with a refrigerator, oven/stove top, microwave, dishwasher, rice/slow cooker, blender, etc. Prepare meals and drinks in this stylish kitchen. The kitchen is set up for service of 14 people + including dishes, cups, and utensils for kids. The large, open-concept kitchen space has an eat in bar area with stools. The kitchen comes with a French press, blender, hand mixer, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, rice cooker, and more.

BEDROOMS
Upstairs:
The Master ‘Gold Palms Room’, provides a beautifully designed space to rest at the end of the night. It provides a wonderful night’s sleep with a plush 12” memory foam King Bed and cotton bedding. Sleep the whole family or larger groups with the gold 2 twin trundle also with memory foam mattresses for ultra comfort. It has a master en-suite full bathroom which has a stand up shower, soak tub, double sinks and walk in closet.
The ‘Yellow Room’ provides tons of gorgeous bright light upon entering in off the living room. It provides a 12” memory foam Queen Bed that sleeps 2. It has a dedicated work space for those who want to work remote for those longer term vacations / work remote stays. Shut the door for quiet and focus to turn those ideas into action plans with this zen space.
The ‘Blue’ has two sets of twin memory foam bunk beds (sleeps 4). It is perfect for kids or for larger groups looking for more individual beds. Even the bunk beds have memory foam mattresses.

Downstairs:
The ‘Green Room’ is rich and glamourous with a 12” plush Queen memory foam mattress that sleeps 2. It serves as a den/game room during the day loaded with foosball table, arcade, and a hang out den.
The ‘Pink Room’ is fresh bright with a 12” plush Queen memory foam mattress that sleeps 2.
For the babies at your request- we offer a pack and play sleeper, and a high chair for your convenience.

THE BACKYARD

This completely renovated backyard is a vacation to post to your social media! It has a newly built pool and spa. The pool and spa are resort like with water features, enjoy with family and friends. Rest by the new pool loungers while enjoying a refreshing drink by the pool side. Stay cool under the jumbo umbrellas while basking in the desert sun. Entertainment delight! Lawn games, lawn pickle ball, ping pong and more! Even the green lawn is brand new!

Gather around the modern firepit to share endless stories in the Adirondack chairs. Cook up your favorite steak and veggies on the new Stainless Steel BBQ grill and enjoy an outdoor meal in the new mid century modern dining table/chairs. Our dining set seats 14 for some warm night dining. Wrap up the night by enjoying a night cap around the outdoor couch and string lights, this is your Desert Heath – enjoy your stay with us! Guest access
There are two parking spots in the driveway. Also, parking in front of the property is available. Please be respectful of the neighbors and do not park in front of their homes. We ask that you observe the quiet hours per city rules. No outdoor music or loud sounds outdoors. Please observe the 9pm quiet hours each night.

The garage does not have guest access. It is locked and will not be accessible for guests.

Other things to note
-Pool heating is offered as an extra add on for $80/ day to 84 degrees F from 10am to 7pm.
Recommended from Nov to Apr as the desert gets cold and drops in temp to 50-55 degrees in the winter.

-Spa heating is available at $25/night. Available until 10pm each night at 100 degrees F.

Please also note that we do have security cameras recording and running 24/7 for security purpose in the outdoor areas only including the drive way, front door, side gate, back yard overseeing the pool area for safety purposes.

Please limit the cars to 3 max for the visit. A carpool road trip is so much more fun anyway!

To avoid freezing out the AC, indoor temps will range between 70-75. We are in the desert so please note that we have to adjust with the climates around us! Thanks for your understanding. 👍

Please note upon booking - we need to collect government issued IDs, first/last names of all guests, and an email to sign a rental agreement per the desert short term rental city rules. Thank you!

Booking guest to provide government issued photo ID and will sign city/house rules agreement. Rules for booking:
-Must be 25 years old + to book
-All guests must be 25 older unless accompanied with family
-Provide copy of gov issued photo ID
-Provide first/last names of all guests
-Sign liability waiver

Note: no life guard on duty. Please accept use of pool/spa/ fire pit at your own risk.
- We are in the desert. It gets hot in the summer, and cold in the winter. Please leave AC and heater between 70-75 to avoid freezing out the systems. Please note that systems will be set between these temps and we ask that you do not move the thermostat above or below the temps listed.
