Neighborhood
Quietly positioned on the south side of Thomas Drive near the lagoon and park access rather than the busiest Pier Park traffic. Walkable to local restaurants, marinas and beach access points; walk across the street to St. Andrews State Park, Shell Island ferry, Russell-Fields City Pier and several waterfront dining options. Vibe: beach-resort with nature/outdoor focus on the eastern PCB stretch.

Getting around
By car: the most convenient option — ample parking nearby and direct access from SR‑392 (Thomas Drive) and Front Beach Road (US‑98A). Expect heavier traffic in peak season.
Rideshare/taxi: Uber/Lyft and local taxis operate in PCB; common for short trips and airport transfers.
Airport shuttles & rental cars: Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) offers rental agencies and shuttle services; many local companies provide scheduled or on‑demand airport transfers to Panama City Beach.
Public transit: Bay County/PCB local transit provides limited fixed routes and seasonal trolley/transfer services along Front Beach Road; public transit exists but is less frequent than in larger cities—best for budget travel if schedules align.
Water access: Shell Island ferry and local boat/tour operators run from St. Andrews State Park/nearby marinas for excursions.

Pool Heat Add-On: Our saltwater pool can be heated for an additional fee, perfect for a comfortable swim during the cooler fall and winter months. Heating must be booked for a minimum of 2 consecutive days at $80/day, and once activated, the pool is heated to approximately 20 degrees above the outdoor air temperature, running daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on paid days. Please message us in advance if you’d like to add pool heating to your stay.
