Our simple and convenient check in process will make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. A 4 digit code will be provided to you ahead of your stay and on the day of check-in, anytime after 4pm, the code will unlock the front door and you are officially 'checked in'. The simplicity means your check in window is as flexible as you need it to be. Arriving right at 4pm? No problem! Arriving at 10pm? No problem! Anytime after 4pm the code will work and you can access the house. You will not need to greet anyone or stop at a location to pick up a key.

Master Bedroom:

The master bedroom has its own private entrance and bathroom with a king size bed. The high definition TV is a Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials).

Second Bedroom:

The bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed. The high definition TV is a Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials). The bathroom for this bedroom is located in the hallway.

Third Bedroom:

The bedroom is outfitted with a king sized bed. The high definition TV is a Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials). The bathroom for this bedroom is located in the hallway.

Fourth Bedroom:

The fourth bedroom has a twin over twin bunk bed and a queen over queen bunk bed, and Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials). The bathroom for this bedroom is located in the hallway.

Living Room:

The living room has a queen size pullout couch. In the living room there is a Roku Streaming TV (using your home credentials).

Kitchen/Dining:

The very open dining room has seating for all the guests including a high chair for any little ones. The kitchen includes all the amenities to make your stay feel like home. The kitchen also has BBQ utensils for use with the grill.

Deck:

The deck has seating to relax and unwind while listening to the sounds of the ocean.

THE RED TAPE:

-While we approve of guest of all ages, an adult 25+ must make the reservation and be staying in the house.

-Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 14. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities, and from the host of $250. You will also be asked to leave.

-This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $250. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

-Pets are not allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave. Unfortunately one of the owners children has an allergy so there are no exceptions to the pet rule.

-Absolutely no fires or open flames of any kind including candles. The use of a candle or any type of flame will result in a $150 fine.

-No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Purchasing vacation protection insurance is recommended.

-No late check-out or early check-in without prior written approval.

-Campers are not allowed to be parked in the community or at the home.
