Our 1 bed 1 bath condo has been updated, offering a clean, modern and relaxing atmosphere with a very short walk to the white sands of the Emerald Coast. This centrally located ground floor unit has convenient, hassle-free access to your reserved parking right outside the front door. Plenty of additional parking available in complex. Full washer and dryer is included in unit! Snowbirds Welcome!
Our unit is located in the heart of Miramar Beach/Destin area. 2 min walk to the beach or Pompano Joe's. Shopping, restaurants and activities are all available within a few minutes. Great for a couples getaway or a family vacation! With the queen bedroom and sofa sleeper, we can host up to 4 guests.

My son and I traveled to Miramar Beach for the first time in 2016. We quickly fell in LOVE, and it became our favorite place to visit. Each year, we travel to FL from TX to spend time in our 'happy place'. The vibe of the area is perfect - peaceful, gorgeous, and full of fun for everyone! In 2024, I decided to purchase a condo and host other families who love the beach as much as we do! LIFE IS SHORT - BOOK THE TRIP!
