The space

• Shaded carport provides safe parking and an easy loading and unloading process out of the elements. Maximum of 2 cars allowed.

• Shower and hose outside front door to rinse off after coming back from the beach.

• Access to a shared pool for the small community of townhomes.

• Convenient space in the entryway for storing belongings and beach gear.

• Two balconies with Gulf views perfect for relaxing and spending time together.

• Main level of home includes the kitchen, laundry, living room, dining area, and a half bath.

• The top level includes both bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

• All guests should purchase trip insurance for protection in case of unforeseen events such as weather, illness, etc.

• We provide "starters" for items such as soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. as a courtesy. These starter items are not intended to fulfill your needs for the duration of your stay and will not be replenished.

• As a courtesy, we do have some beach supplies located in a storage box under the carport. However, we do not guarantee that specific beach supplies will be available during your stay.

• The house is furnished with three Roku TVs. You may log in to your own accounts (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc) during your stay, but please log out before leaving. There is no cable TV.

• Grilling/barbecuing should only be done on the ground level at the rear of the carport at least 10 feet from the building due to the fire hazard and per Florida Law.

• ATTENTION: If you bring extra people, cover or obscure the security camera, have a party, smoke, bring an animal, or break any other stated rules, you will be asked to leave immediately without a refund. If you book this home you are agreeing to this policy.
