Located in San Teodoro, 400 meters from the famous and beautiful Capo Coda Cavallo beach, 750 m from the Cala Suaraccia beach (Le Farfalle) and 1.4 km from the Cala Brandinchi beach (Tahiti), finely renovated three-room apartment with private entrance, 2 double bedrooms, large living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms (with bidet) in the renowned East Village with unobstructed sea view, equipped with all comforts (large terrace with breathtaking sea view, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer and shared swimming pool).

It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda which is 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away.

The residence is equipped with free parking reserved for condominiums (so our guests will have free access).

The apartment will be entirely at your disposal. You will also have free access to the condominium's sea-view pool.

In the village there is a small square with 2 bars - restaurants, 1 pizzeria, 1 restaurant with fish specialties and 1 food and delicatessen mini-market.

You can go down to the sea (the very famous Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the village via a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has a large paid car park.
