Located in San Teodoro at 500 meters from the famous and beautiful Capo Coda Cavallo beach, 750 meters from Cala Suaraccia beach (Le Farfalle) and 1.4 km from Cala Brandinchi beach (Tahiti), spacious apartment with private entrance and living room with kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms (with bidet and toilet), large porch overlooking the private garden equipped with outdoor table and lounge in the renowned Punta Est residence with splendid sea view, equipped with all comforts: air conditioning in every room, TV, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, hairdryer and shared swimming pool.

It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro. The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda which is 27 km from Punta Est. The ferry terminal is 30 km away.

The residence is equipped with free parking spaces reserved for condominiums (so our guests will have free access).

You can go down to the sea (Capo Coda Cavallo beach) directly from the residence by a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has ample paid parking.
