Located in San Teodoro, 500 meters from the famous and beautiful Capo Coda Cavallo beach, 750 m from Cala Suaraccia beach (Le Farfalle) and 1.4 km from Cala Brandinchi beach (Tahiti), three-bedroom apartment rooms with private kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms (with bidet and WC - 1 without shower), large porch overlooking the private garden equipped with table in the renowned Punta Est residence with splendid sea view, equipped with TV, washing machine linen, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hair dryer and communal pool.

It is 12 km from the center of San Teodoro.The nearest airport is Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport, 27 km from Punta Est, while the ferry terminal is 30 km away.

The residence has free parking spaces reserved for condominiums (our guests will therefore have free access).

You can go down to the sea (Punta Est beach - Capo Coda Cavallo) directly from the residence by a staircase. For those who prefer to go to the sea by car, the beach has a large paid parking lot.
