Aloha! Welcome to Colony Villas! We are located on the beautiful Kohala Coast in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Our townhouse is perfect for families, couples, and friend groups looking for space and quiet. Enjoy majestic views of Mauna Kea and the 1st tee of the King's Golf Course. Pristine Anaeho'omalu Bay, a family friendly beach is just down the road. Colony Villas offers two pools, a tennis/pickleball court and a gym. We have stocked the home with everything you need for your Hawaii get away.

The space
This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The Master bedroom is upstairs with a king bed, closet and bathroom attached. Downstairs has a living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining area and the second bedroom with two twin beds. A cot is available for a third child. There is a lanai with golf course and Mauna Kea views. We’ve stocked the kitchen with absolutely everything you could ever need. We’ve also supplied beach chairs, beach umbrella, noodles, tennis rackets and tennis balls. Just bring sunscreen! New pickleball lines have just been added! Paddles are ready for you!

Other things to note
A cot is available for an extra child. 5 person max. We can also put the twins together with a King connector kit in the downstairs bedroom.
