With over 100' of frontage, one 2-person kayaks, two paddleboards, and an aluminum rowboat, you will find it hard to leave!

Lawrence Lake is a beautiful 225-acre lake with great fishing for Northern Pike, Walleye, Largemouth Bass, Perch, Bluegill, Sunfish, and Crappie. The lake is a no wake lake perfect for fishing, a relaxing swim, or watching the sunsets. For the fly-fishing enthusiast Lake Lawrence turns into Class 1 trout stream – Lawrence Creek. There are 12 trout streams within 30 minutes.

In the warm months take full advantage of the lake right out your back door. Fish all day or spend hours out in the kayaks, paddle boards, and row boat. Make sure you take a trip to the "island" which is where kayakers, paddleboarders, pontoons, etc. hang out on the sandbars for full days of fun and activity! After you are done on the water, pour a cocktail at the bar and spend the evening watching the sunset while roasting marshmallows on the outdoor firepit.

In the Fall / Winter Marquette County is home to some of the finest public hunting, ATV / UTV trails and ice fishing in the state. Finish your day with a relaxing fire in the natural brick fireplace.

We have a pack n play, highchair, and toddler utensils available at the property for ease on our younger families! Enjoy the local area or take a day trip to the Dells (only 30 minutes south) or many of the other small towns full of fantastic charm located within 15-25 minutes!

Pet Lovers - while we are a pet friendly home we DO NOT allow pets on the furniture. Pet hair on beds / couches or failure to pick up pet waste will result in an additional $100 fee.

Please note the dock is removed the last week of October.

We do not live close to the property, however, we are more than happy to answer any/all questions via phone call or text - do not hesitate to reach out to us anytime!

We live in a very quiet area - houses/cottages on one side of the street and woods on the other. About half of the houses contain full-time residents and the rest are part-time cottages. We ask that you respect our neighbors, their property, and the lake as it is a very well cared for area!

This property works off of a well and septic system. Our well water is tested annually for our short term license renewal. It is safe to drink however if you are unaccustomed to well water you may want to bring water to drink.

With septic systems please be conscious of your water use. Only ever flush toilet paper.
