Fully furnished for your stay, our newly renovated modern Beach House features beds from W Hotels, 4K TV, 8 person Hot Tub, HEATED outdoor shower, Huge outdoor patio, BBQ, Fire Pit, loungers as well as amenities like coffee, tea, fresh linens and beach towels.
You'll love our Beach House. It has everything you need to enjoy a beach get away. Our home is equipped with everything you need. It includes all the kitchen amenities you would have at home, cutting boards, plates and silverware, baking dishes, wine glasses and kids dishware, pots and pans, coffee machine and toaster, we even include roasting sticks for the fireplace. Our home also has kids toys and books, white noise machines, a high chair and a pack n play if you bring the family. We also include board games, cards and books at the house for those rainy days.

In addition, we have beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys and a surf board for you to use during your stay for a small surcharge. See pictures for more details.

Originally from Canada I moved down to Florida over 10 years ago for work. While working here in Orlando I met my wife who is originally from Fort Lauderdale. We love calling Orlando home and could not imagine a better place to raise our three boys. Love living in Orlando as there is so much to do, from Theme Parks, Shopping, Beaches, Pro Sports, Great Restaurants, Broadway shows and music. Truly has something for everyone within just a short distance

Payment Policy

50% due at booking, 50% due 10 days out

Refundable Damage Deposit

Refunded with 72hrs of check out. Should there be any damages, these will be reported to the guest and refunded amounts will be after repair work has been completed.

Notes

Our home has a BBQ and fire pit but we do not supply charcoal or firewood. Both are available down the road from us at ACE Hardware (less than a mile).
