Welcome to our newly remodeled beach home with brand new pool and spa just a few houses up from the beach.

It's in a quiet section of the island, but within minutes of the hustle and bustle when you are ready to be in it.

This kitchen remodel is one from my dreams! In the kitchen you will find:

- Double Oven

- Glass stove top

- 2 Refrigerators with ice makers

- Hidden microwave

- Seating for 12 around the dining table and 4 more seats at the peninsula

- Tableware & glassware

- Drip coffee pot, electric coffee grinder and Keurig with a starter set of coffee supplies

- Small Appliances: Crockpot, toaster, electric griddle, Ninja blender, waffle maker, hand mixer

Livingroom Space:

Enjoy a huge main floor living room space with

Beach:

The beach is just 3 houses down and across the street. Enjoy access to use:

-Beach wagon

-Boogie boards

-Outdoor towels

-Beach chairs

-Beach umbrellas

-Small Cooler

-Sand toys

*Use at their own discretion. We can't control the weather or the beach/surf. So use the water items with care. There is no lifeguard on duty at the beach closest to the house. Also note, there are stairs to get to the beach. So ensure if you use the wagon, someone can pick it up and carry it up the stairs.

Pool:

️️- Spa always available to heat to 101° at the push of a button anytime.

Pool hours end at 11pm to be a good neighbor.

- If weather drops below 65° the pool cannot be guaranteed to stay heated as the pool heater cannot keep up with low temperatures. But the spa is still available always.

Please note that the home behind us has been under construction for a long time. Sometimes people are working on it. This shouldn't affect your stay any more than a neighbor doing things on their house.

Security:

The home has keyless entry that has a unique code given to ONLY you the morning of check in. You can use this code to get in and out of the home your entire stay. We also have a back up key just in case.

There is a Ecobee doorbell on the home for security and a camera with microphone in the front yard facing the driveway and street for security. There are absolutely NO camera's inside the home. Quiet hours in Cocoa Beach are 11pm-7am. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed in the home.

About the House:

This house was a labor of love to remodel as our families second home away from home. When we first laid eyes on it, we loved it, but knew we needed to first redesign the 70 year old house to meet modern day style and life. This house has been gutted to the frame. We have removed walls, redone the plumbing and electrical and replaced everything inside. The interior was carefully designed to reflect a modern coastal vibe. Even the doors have been custom constructed and painted to match the coastal green ocean colors you'll see in the Cocoa Beach ocean.

15 minutes before check in you will receive a unique code just for you to enter the property to use for the duration of your stay. It activates at the exact check in time.
