The apartment looks like the photos in the listing and we keep it clean. It is a basic space with basic amenities. If you are looking for a functional and competitively priced place very close to New York City, this would be a good space for you. If you are looking for a modern and luxury stay, this is probably not the place for you.
We also just want to make clear that you are renting an Airbnb and not a hotel room. There are many differences between Airbnb and hotels, and some newer guests on Airbnb may not realize it. Hotels are large and often have many rooms, and the ability to change your room should issues arise. Hotels also have staff 24/7 that can help you with every issue or questions that you may have. On the other hand, we are a small operation and manage our listings to the best of our ability. We try hard to create a good experience for our guests. We are including this disclaimer here because I have recently seen a rise in guests that seem to view Airbnb as very similar to a hotel, but in reality it is quite different. Thank you in advance for understanding this.
