This beautiful 2900 Square feet two story villa with South West facing Private Pool and Covered Lanai is located on a peaceful court in the Emerald Island Resort. 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms can comfortably sleep up to 13 guests.

2 King and 2 Queen Master En-Suites (one on the main floor) provide the needed privacy with attached bathrooms and separate Cable TVs. One of the king Master En-Suites is locate on the main floor. Additional 2 Bedrooms are furnished as Princess’ room and Mickey’s room with 3 twin beds and 1 bunk-bed and share a full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen makes you feel home away from home. Family room with 18 feet high ceiling provides lot of Sun. Separate Living room and a Powder room on the main Floor are nice additions.

The resort is surrounded by a Conservation Area, it encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. Once inside, you feel as if you have entered a special preserve. You can enjoy all the facilities provided within the resort free of cost. Within minutes of Walt Disney World and a short drive to shopping and dining, this Island serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything.

You can enjoy all the facilities provided within the resort. The clubhouse sauna, fitness center, Internet cafe, Free WiFi around the pool areas/kiddie play areas, Tiki-bar, 2 heated community pools and spas, volleyball, tennis courts, basketball facilities, kiddie play areas, and much more.

Guests are responsible to purchase access cards $20/vehicle which remain valid for whole stay.

• ATTRACTIONS

Disney: There are many ways to get to Disney and all of Orlando's attractions. Travelling by car is easiest, but for those who need to arrange transport shuttle bus services are available for a fee. Please get in touch with the Clubhouse Concierge for more information.

Shopping: For nearby shopping, there is a Market Place at Formosa Gardens Plaza (turn right out of the resort, left at the crossroads and left at the top of Formosa Gardens Boulevard). Publix is on the North side of Highway 192 and a Super Target on the South side. There is a Wal-Mart 24 Hour Superstore on Highway 27 North.

Other Hot Attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens and Sea World are all nearby. Disney is so close you can be there in less than 10 minutes. Get all the information you need on nearby attractions including tickets from the Clubhouse.

Restaurants: Pick up an area map from the Clubhouse and choose from a huge number of nearby Restaurants, Diners and Specialty Food Outlets along Highway 192 as well as themed Restaurants at Downtown Disney and Universal City Walk.

H2O Water park: Just a half mile away is this new water park, priced at just $60/person. This new water park is great addition to this area and is just around the corner from your vacation villa.

Smoking is prohibited inside the home and in the swimming pool area. There will be $500 penalty charge. Pets, Parties/Events are not allowed.

Guests are responsible for taking the garbage and recycling outside to the bins.
