The village of Ftan is located on a sunny terrace at 1650m above sea level over Scuol in the Lower Engadine. Do you like animals? In Ftan, they still live in stables in the village, including sheep, goats, cows, water buffalo, and chickens. In summer, the beautiful nature offers opportunities for hiking and biking tours. Since 2019, Ftan has the wonderful bathing lake Lai Padnal, just above the village. In winter, a chairlift leads directly from Ftan to the large ski area with the dream slopes of Scuol. The chairlift is a 5-minute walk from the house. Ftan is a popular holiday destination, picturesque and quietly located, with a bakery and a grocery store for daily needs available. House 117 Plaz is located directly behind the tourism information center. In the house with 3 apartments, we rent the ground floor apartment for up to 6 people. On the ground floor of House 117 Plaz is the non-smoking apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, and a living room. The apartment offers space for up to 6 people. One bedroom is furnished for 2 people (1 double bed). In the 2nd bedroom, there is a bunk bed and a double bed, suitable for 4 people. In the kitchen-living room, there is a dining table with a bench and chairs, but you can also eat at the large table in the hallway with a corner bench. The heating for the entire apartment is electric. In the living room, kitchen, entrance area, and bedrooms, there are electric direct heaters available. Please never place anything on or near the heaters, as fires can occur. The kitchen and bathroom have electric underfloor heating. Please store your skis, snowboards, and sleds in the basement. There is also a shoe dryer available there, where you can dry your shoes and gloves. You can park your car in front of the parking lot (with the sign "only for tenants Family Lötscher 117A") in front of the Hotel Chalamandrin. This parking lot is also used by tenants of House 117A. Several cars can fit next to and behind each other. Please coordinate with each other. In front of the village (at the workshop towards Ardez), parking lot 64 is available, which belongs to the house.
Conditions and Extras
You are renting our family apartment. Feel at home and let us know if something is missing; we will gladly provide it. Please place all skis and snowboards in the ski rack in the basement. Please enter the house with ski and hiking shoes only through the basement entrance. In the basement, you will find a shoe dryer.
