PLAYA GRANDE LOFTS — LOFT 3 Playa Grande, Guanacaste, Costa Rica | Las Baulas National Marine Park Loft 3 is the long-stay workhorse of Playa Grande Lofts — and the most booked unit on the property. If you're a digital nomad, remote worker, or slow traveler looking to base yourself in one of Costa Rica's most beautiful beach towns for a month or more, this is your loft.

THE LOFT
Loft 3 sits in the second building on the property — sharing with Lofts 4 and 5 — on a quiet private road just off Playa Grande's main entrance. Private entrance, dedicated parking, and a patio with two outdoor chairs. The main level has a full kitchen, living area with a Smart TV, Starlink WiFi, and a dedicated workspace. Upstairs, the private sleeping loft beneath vaulted wood ceilings holds a queen bed and a twin bed, sleeping up to 3. The shared laundry room is literally steps away between Units 2 and 3 — making it the most convenient unit on the property for laundry access. Loft 3 draws long-stay guests consistently. Once you settle in, it's easy to understand why — quiet, functional, and perfectly positioned.
