Pet Friendly Cottage – 200 steps from the Beach! - Lower Township

Welcome to Seaglass Cottage, a tranquil haven just steps from the bay beach. Immerse yourself in the beauty of stunning sunset views. Close to local restaurants, coffee shops, and ice cream. A short drive to Cape May beaches, wineries, distilleries and the Washington Street Mall. The area is ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, biking, and running along the scenic shoreline. It's a perfect location to enjoy the beach without the crowds. Plus, your furry friends are always welcome here!

First floor includes kitchen with built-in griddle, living room with 55" flat screen, dining room that seats 10 with 50" flat screen, Bedroom #1 with double bed. 1st floor full bath with tub/shower combo. Games and books in Library nook.

Second floor includes full bath with walk in shower and double vanity, Bedroom 2 (master) with queen bed, home office area and 30" flat screen. Bedroom #3 (bunkroom) with queen bed, double bed, two twin beds and 35" flat screen TV. Full size washer/dryer located on second floor.

Lockbox

Check in is at 3PM. Check out is at 10AM. As is the custom in Cape May we do not provide sheets and towels. We DO provide blankets and pillows. Please let us know if that is an issue and we can refer you to a local service. Please respectfully keep noise low between 9PM and 8AM. We ask that you do not smoke in or outside the premises. We ask that you clean out all trash and personal items when vacating by 10AM on your check out day. Maximum of one dog, please dispose of ALL dog waste in a bag and then bagged in the normal trash. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and/or beds. Please follow single stream recycling guidelines. Trash and Recycles are picked up on Tuesday. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE, PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE OVER 24 YEARS OF AGE AS REQUESTED BY PROPERTY OWNER. -WE REQUEST ID VERIFICATION OF ALL GUESTS OVER THE AGE OF 18 WHEN PROPERTY IS BOOKED.
