Primary bedroom: king bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, AC, dedicated workspace. Second bedroom: queen bed, walk-in closet, Smart TV, AC. Living room: 55" Fire TV with GOVEE ambient lighting, Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video. Sunroom: bright reading nook with egg chair — our most-loved space. Kitchen: fully stocked with gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker (drip + Keurig), blender, dishes, cookware. Laundry: washer, dryer, iron, detergent provided. Full bathroom with hot water, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash.

Outdoor: Deck with patio furniture, umbrella, and rocking chairs. Large fully fenced backyard — safe for dogs and kids. 4-person outdoor dining table. Gas BBQ grill with utensils. 3-car driveway + free street parking.

Entire house — bedrooms, kitchen, living room, sunroom, deck, backyard, driveway. Garage is off limits.

FOR PET PARENTS: Your dog will love it here. The fully fenced backyard means off-leash play without worry. We provide a dog treat jar, waste bags, and an outdoor faucet for rinsing sandy paws after beach days. Bayside Beach is a 5-minute drive for morning walks along Delaware Bay.

FOR REMOTE WORKERS: Dedicated desk and office chair in the primary bedroom, fast WiFi, quiet neighborhood. The sunroom doubles as a bright workspace. Coffee bar with drip maker and Keurig.

While Cape May Villas is peaceful and walkable, we highly recommend having a car to fully enjoy the area. With a quick drive, you’ll have access to Cape May’s best beaches, wineries, boardwalks, and historic landmarks.

One must-see spot? Sunset Beach — just 20 minutes away, where dolphins often make an appearance and the sun sets right behind the famous sunken ship, the S.S. Atlantus. It’s one of our favorite places to unwind and take in the magic of the Jersey Shore. 🐬🌅🚢
