BEFORE YOU BOOK The condo is on the third floor and is reached by stairs; there is no elevator. Maximum occupancy is eight guests. Up to two pets may stay with prior approval, subject to the pet policy and fees shown in the booking terms. No smoking inside or on the balcony, and no parties or events. Quiet hours are 9 PM-9 AM. Please bring separate beach towels; bath towels are for use in the condo. Standard check-in is 4 PM and checkout is 11 AM. Exceptions require prior host approval.
