Located on the 3rd Floor with excellent views. There is a great pool on the first floor and beach access is directly across a small street. In addition, there is a large covered parking garage with plenty of parking spaces.

Guest can access to the entire private condo during their stay. The huge deck off the living room is a great place to relax and glaze at the gulf/beach. In addition, this is an additional deck off the master suite that provides a magnificent view.

I communicate with guess via text or Airbnb messages or lastly phone, so that the guests can enjoy the property without interruption and inconveniences…………………………………………………………….

Our condo is also less than 10 minutes away from local favorite restaurants and 30 minutes away from fishing charters!
