About this place

Perfect location! Cabin w/ hot tub- walk to beach

Feel at home! Nestled in the pines, this year-round family-friendly cabin is conveniently located one block from the lake, adjacent to historic Old Brockway Golf Course, minutes to Northstar California Resort and downtown Kings Beach. The central location allows for easy access to all North Lake Tahoe has to offer, but the ability to relax in the mountains in a quiet neighborhood. The cabin is located around the corner from Safeway and Spindleshanks (the best kept secret on the north shore!) and walking distance to all Kings Beach has to offer.

The house has three floors. The bottom level is occupied by a long term tenant. There are no shared inside spaces.

The main floor (with kitchen, living area and dining room) has the master bedroom with king bed across from a full bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and when you step out of that bedroom, you are in the den area with another queen bed. You have to walk through one to get to the other.

The large yard has plenty of gathering space with an outdoor dining table, grill and gas firepit for guest use. The hot tub is serviced before each check in and will be hot for your stay.
