About this place

Perfect location! Cabin w/ hot tub- walk to beach

Feel at home! Nestled in the pines, this year-round family-friendly cabin is conveniently located one block from the lake, adjacent to historic Old Brockway Golf Course, minutes to Northstar California Resort and downtown Kings Beach. The central location allows for easy access to all North Lake Tahoe has to offer, but the ability to relax in the mountains in a quiet neighborhood. The cabin is located around the corner from Safeway and Spindleshanks (the best kept secret on the north shore!)
The house has three floors. The main floor (with kitchen, living area and dining room) has the master bedroom with king bed across from a full bathroom. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and when you step out of that bedroom, you are in the den area with another queen bed. You have to walk through one to get to the other. On the bottom level, there is separate living area with a queen bedroom, bathroom be full kitchen. This gives the opportunity for some extra privacy- it has a separate entrance and has the option to connect to the main house through an indoor stairwell.

Outdoor enthusiasts will love the easy access to beautiful beaches with paddle board, kayak, parasailing and jet-ski rentals in walking distance. Head out the front door and straight down the street to the golf course and three lakefront beach volleyball courts. Or head out the back door and up the street to connect to North Tahoe Regional Park, which offers hiking and mountain biking trails, disc golf course, olympic sized turf field, two playgrounds with swings, tennis courts, and Treetop Adventure Park.

In the winter months, Northstar California Resort is a 12 minute drive where you can enjoy over 3,000 skiable acres in the majestic Martis Valley with a variety of slopes to suit every level of skier. The resort boasts world class terrain parks, a youth Adventure Park
, cross country skiing and a 9,000 square foot ice rink surrounded by cozy fire pits. There is also plenty of shopping and dining! Diamond Peak, Palisades Tahoe and Alpine Meadows are other nearby world class ski resorts. The North Tahoe Regional Park Sled Hill is a family favorite to enjoy the outdoors during the winter.
