Located a top a mountain in exclusive Incline Village, this single family home will provide you a comfortable stay after a day lounging on a private beach, hiking the endless trails, or snowboarding and skiing the local and world renown ski resorts in the area. This modern home is perfect for families or friend get aways with cozy bedrooms to fit 6 adults. Fall in love with Tahoe!
We welcome you into our newly remodeled home. We hope you love it as much as we do. Three bedrooms with queen sized beds make it very comfortable for 6 adults to stay. Each room is equipped with a flat screen TV for your viewing pleasure. We also have two baths with spacious, showers/bathtubs to clean up after a long day of Tahoe activities. A large washing machine and dryer is located in the bathroom, laundry soap is provided. The open kitchen, with everything you could need and a cozy living room make it a great entertaining space. A porch on the front of the house is perfect for BBQ's or for a relaxing space to read a book while breathing in the fresh mountain air. During the winter months the wood burning fireplace is great to curl up on the couch next to, to watch a movie or drink wine with friends. This home is perfect for creating great memories with family or friends in beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Getting around

Having a car with 4 wheel drive or all seasoned tires is helpful during the winter/snow months. During big snow falls, chains are sometimes not enough. There is space in the driveway for two cars to park and space to park on the street in our court. The garage is locked for owner's purposes but accessible for garbage. We do have a local bus system that can pick you up in town and take you around the lake and into many of the ski resorts. During the summer there is a beach shuttle at the elementary school when parking is an issue. Uber is still getting started here, so you can try but we do have cabs and a driver to refer you to.
