The space
This beautiful, modern beach cottage offers an open floor plan with three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms, comfortably sleeping up to eight people. Located just 9 minutes from Rockport Beach and 15 minutes from Port Aransas, Catchin' Paradise provides the perfect home base for exploring the Texas Coast. Imagine relaxing on your deck, watching stars emerge over Redfish Bay while grilling fresh catch. Guest access
Guests will park below the house and will have to walk upstairs (24 steps) to the main floor. The property is self-check-in, with keyless entry. Guests will receive check in instructions and a unique code prior to check-in

No smoking, pets, or parties.

The property has four external cameras. Two downstairs covering the parking, one upstairs pointed down at the stairs and one pointed towards the front door. These are for your protection and ours, and we always respect our guest's privacy.
