This house was recently remodeled and meticulously decorated. This home is fully equipped with all of your needs while staying in the Tampa Bay Area and nearby beaches. Located on a quiet street in Largo, with a large wrap around driveway, plenty of space for up to 5 cars and offering quick beach access to Indian Rocks Beach, Saint Pete, and Clearwater. This home provides the perfect getaway for your beach vacation.

*A cowboy pool is an above ground stock tank pool. It is 10 ft in diameter and 2ft deep. The pool is cleaned by a filtration system and the water chemistry is checked and adjusted weekly. The perfect pool to cool off and watch the kiddos splash around and play on a hot sunny day!

Critters and creepy crawlers may send shivers down your spine but here in tropical Florida you will see them all the time. Geckos, snakes and bugs of all different kinds are common place here. Don’t be alarmed, this place is treated for all the different finds. But please know we do not reimburse if the occasional critter makes its way inside.

Guests have full access to the house except for one locked Owners closet at the end of the hallway outside the blue coastal bedroom.

️ HOUSE RULES:

1. Guest Limit: The maximum number of guests is 10

2. Max number of vehicles is 5, NO street or grass parking per city ordinance

3. MUSIC & NOISE: NO rowdy or loud music at anytime. Please keep the noise reasonable during the day.

4. STRICT QUIET HOURS: 9PM - 9AM must be observed per city ordinances

5. NO PARTY, NO EVENT, NO EXTRA GUESTS are allowed. DO NOT BOOK if you're looking for a party house.

6. Pets: small to medium dogs.

There is a $225.00 pet fee. Non aggressive breeds only. (Failure to advise of pet staying in the house will cause an additional cleaning fee of $350.00 and up)

7. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the home. ($1000 additional fee if rule is not followed)

8. Grill and propane: Kindly close the propane tanks after use. We do not supply propane but refills are available at local stores.

9. Cleaning: We kindly ask that you keep the unit tidy, as excessively dirty unit will incur an additional cleaning fee. Please put all bed sheets, and towels in one area so that the cleaning service can take them to be cleaned. Please leave the house in good condition. If possible leave a load of towels washing.

Leaving the house with excess trash and in a unsanitary condition would be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $350.00 and up.

Please remove all garbage and open food containers in the refrigerator and freezer. Also, if not following house rules leads to us having to refund or discount a future guest, you may be responsible for those costs.

10. Check-Out Time: We want to ensure our cleaners have enough time to prepare the house for our next guests. Please ensure you follow the check-out time at 10 am (unless otherwise agreed upon).

! We kindly remind you to adhere to all house rules during your stay. Violations such as excessive noise, unauthorized guests, failure to follow parking guidelines, tampering with security equipment, or disturbing the community may result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or cancellation of reservation.
