This property is located just one min (by walking) from Horton Park and about 3 min (by car) Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. In these waterfront parks, you can find a lot of amenities such as kayak rental, fishing pier, incredible water views, picnic areas, playground, hiking trails, boardwalks, welcome center, public restrooms, boat lunch, and much more.

The outdoor area is perfect for entertainment and gatherings. You can start your morning by having your coffee or tea while watching the sunrise. Spend a day having fun at the heated pool, sunbathing in one of the loungers while having one of your favorite cocktails, or firing up the grill and getting some juicy meat to the table after the sunsets.

The home features a contemporary, yet very cozy floor plan. The home setting provides nice views of the pool and backyard area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a nice dinner for your family.
