Welcome to our luxury North Vancouver vacation home located across from Cates Park, surrounded by breathtaking ocean, mountain, and forest views. This spacious West Coast retreat is designed to provide a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable experience for families, groups, and travelers exploring the beauty of the North Shore.

The home is spread across three levels and comfortably accommodates large groups. The top floor features four private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. The luxurious master bedroom includes a king-size bed, spa-inspired ensuite, walk-in closet, and large balcony overlooking the water and mountains. Additional bedrooms include queen and single bed arrangements, making the space ideal for both adults and children.

The main floor offers a bright open-concept living space with heated hardwood floors, large windows, cozy gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and stunning water views from almost every room. There is also a queen bedroom, sofa bed, and additional air mattress available for larger groups. Behind the main kitchen is a fully equipped working kitchen with a 6-burner gas stove, extra fridge, dishwasher, and microwave — perfect for entertaining.

The basement features an entertainment area with ping pong, foosball, game center, and an additional queen bed for extra guests.

Guests can also enjoy the always-hot hot tub, all-season BBQ area, Chinese-inspired tiki bar, guest bikes including an e-bike, and a beautiful backyard overlooking the water and mountains.

The property is only a short walk to beaches, playgrounds, kayaking, scenic trails, marina access, coffee shops, and local attractions. Popular North Vancouver destinations such as Grouse Mountain, Deep Cove, and Park Royal are also nearby.

Please note that there is a completely separate private suite on the property occupied by a quiet couple in their 60s who help maintain and care for the home. They have their own private entrance and separate amenities, ensuring full privacy and comfort for our guests throughout their stay.

Guests will have access to almost the entire property, including all main living areas, bedrooms, entertainment room, backyard, hot tub, BBQ area, tiki bar, fire pit, and guest bikes. The home also features a gourmet showcase kitchen and a separate fully equipped working kitchen for added convenience. The driveway can accommodate multiple vehicles, and guests can easily walk to nearby beaches, parks, trails, and local attractions.

The backyard offers breathtaking ocean, mountain, and forest views, creating the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the beauty of the North Shore. Guests can enjoy outdoor seating areas, the BBQ space, Chinese-inspired tiki bar, and a cozy fire pit area — ideal for evening gatherings with family and friends.

Directly across the street is Cates Park, one of North Vancouver’s most beautiful waterfront parks. Guests are only a short walk from the beach, marina, kayaking, paddleboarding, scenic walking trails, picnic areas, children’s playgrounds, and waterfront cafés, offering a true West Coast experience surrounded by nature and stunning views.

For the safety of children, pedestrians, and neighbors, please drive slowly on Sparrow Lane.

The home includes stairs between levels and may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility. Free parking is available on the driveway for multiple vehicles.

For your convenience, the property includes guest bikes, including one e-bike, an always-hot hot tub, an entertainment area, a BBQ space, and fully equipped kitchens. Safety features such as a fire extinguisher are also provided.
