OUTER BANKS BEACH CLUB Oceanfront Resort - Kill Devil Hills

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, sleeps 8 vacation condo. Part of the Outer Banks Beach Club oceanfront resort. On site is direct beach access to a wide, sandy, lifeguarded beach. The Beach Club has more amenities and activities than any other OBX property - and is centrally located at mile post 9.0 on Beach Road (aka Virginia Dare Trail) in Kill Devil Hills - in the heart of everything to do on the Outer Banks. Very clean and very well maintained family resort. There are 3 pools - 2 outdoor with separate baby pools and an indoor heated pool great for rainy days. Each pool has a bubbling spas (jacuzzi) for a relaxing soak. Tennis, pickleball, basketball, and volleyball courts, shuffleboard, table tennis (ping pong), fenced in playground for the young ones complete with a pirate ship, and a Clubhouse with free DVDs, games and puzzles to do there or take back to the condo. Free WIFI in units and throughout the property. Music usually one night. Charcoal and gas BBQ grills and picnic tables throughout the property. A covered pavilon with open sides overlooking the beach is a great spot to watch the waves and feel the ocean breezes - great for those with limited mobility. Fish cleaning bench, outdoor showers, individual ground level locked storage area for your beach apparatus. With the golf passes you can play at Seascape Golf Course in Kitty Hawk 5 miles away and only have to pay a $20 cart fee (no greens fees). In Nags Head free passes for the YMCA fitness center 3 miles away with state of the art machines, exercise classes (try something new?), skatepark, steam, and a lap pool. A Full time Recreation Director for games, activities, contests, and unique crafts - Fun for ALL ages! Unit has been recently updated. Queen, Queen, 2 twins are in the 3 bedrooms, and a queen pullout sleeper sofa in living room sleeps 8 total. All linens and towels (including beach towels) are provided and beds are made up for your arrival. Master bathroom has a jetted Jacuzzi bathtub and a shower. A 2nd bathroom has a shower with a seat and is accessible from the hall for all to use. Fully equipped kitchen with 2 dining tables plus an additional counter with 2 stools (which is a great work area). Living room with flat screen smart TV. And a 2nd TV is in the bedroom. A starter supply of kitchen soaps, paper towels, toilet paper and bathroom soaps is provided. Unit has an outside deck with table and chairs. Two large supermarkets within 1 ½ miles and Walgreens and CVS are within blocks should you need them for prescriptions, etc. All kinds of restaurants are nearby, several even within a few blocks walking distance. Almost all restaurants are locally owned (not chains) and many have old family recipes served, all are family friendly with varying price ranges, and all have cuisines from ‘beach food’, very very fresh seafood of course, great beef, Italian, Asian, sushi, vegetarian, contemporary, barbeque, great pizza and sandwiches, freshly made ice cream (lots of these!) and more. The Office is on the property, is open 7 days a week and checkin is available 24 hours a day. The Staff are all locals who live year round on the Outer Banks and provide excellent information for anything you need to know to enjoy this wonderful clean and safe vacation paradise. And at a great value. And by renting directly from the Owner of the condo not only do you get a lower price and you'll have no additional fees to pay at the resort (unless you participate in the optional crafts classes.)
