About this place

Minimalist designer house filled with natural light, featuring large windows and spectacular sea views.
Ideal for a getaway as a couple, with friends, as a family with children, or for solo travelers—and pets are always welcome.

Located in the picturesque town of Argentona, just 25 minutes from Barcelona and about 15 minutes from the beach, the house is the perfect base for exploring the Maresme Coast.

The home has been designed to make the most of natural light and panoramic views from every corner. It incorporates European pine wood and Mediterranean cork details, creating a warm and natural atmosphere.

Inside, you’ll find a spacious open-plan kitchen with sea views and views of Burriac Castle, fully equipped and with a separate laundry area. Next to the kitchen, there is a 30 m² dining area with space to dine by large windows that let in the sea breeze.

In the living area, there is a digital projector for movies, a classic electric piano, a wood-burning fireplace, and a sofa bed.

Next to the dining area is the bedroom with a 140 cm double bed and spectacular panoramic views, as well as a bright bathroom with a waterfall-style shower.

The exterior of the house sits on a plot of over 500 m², including a 200 m² lawn garden and several areas to enjoy the outdoors.

At the back, overlooking the Mediterranean, there are small fruit trees producing oranges, mandarins, lemons, walnuts, and figs throughout the year. Here you’ll also find a large wooden terrace, perfect for enjoying dinners under the stars.

In another area, there is a solarium with two sun loungers and a pergola with a retractable awning, a fire pit, a charcoal barbecue, and—during the summer months—an inflatable jacuzzi with air bubbles, ideal for cooling off.
Important: the jacuzzi is optional, available only from May to September, subject to availability, and must be requested before arrival. It costs €50 per stay; if a breakdown prevents its use, this amount will be refunded.

At the front of the house, there is space to park one car, as well as a small terrace with rosemary, lavender, strawberry plants, and bamboo.
The entire property is fenced and located in a very safe and private residential area.

The Maresme region offers a wide variety of activities for all tastes. In nearby towns and cities, you can enjoy cycling at La Poma in Premià de Dalt, try karting in Granollers, spend a fun day at the Illa Fantasia water park, or visit the famous Montmeló Circuit. Sea lovers can enjoy water activities in the ports of Mataró or Premià de Mar, while those seeking nature and tranquility can recharge in Montseny or relax on the stunning beaches of the Costa Brava.

We will be available throughout your stay via the platform and our contact phone numbers for anything you may need.

Just 25 minutes from the city of Barcelona and 45 minutes from the famous Costa Brava, the location is ideal for enjoying a peaceful lifestyle by the Mediterranean. In just a 10-minute walk, you can reach the center of Argentona, with its charming stone streets and a Gothic church restored by renowned architect Josep Puig i Cadafalch. The town is also an important historical center for ceramics, and we recommend visiting the Pitcher Museum, which houses ceramic pieces by Picasso.

The house is just steps away from the Serralada Litoral Natural Park, where you can enjoy endless walks through streams and pine-covered hills, with numerous hiking and mountain biking routes. One of the most scenic routes leads to Burriac Castle, a beautifully restored historic site with incredible views of the Mediterranean and the Catalan coastline.

Within about 15 minutes by car, you’ll find the beaches of Cabrera de Mar and Mataró, and we recommend strolling along the seafront promenade of the charming town of Vilassar de Mar. For lovers of maritime life, a visit to the famous Port Balís in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres is a must, where you can enjoy some of the best rice dishes in the area.

We recommend arriving by car, as although it is possible to walk from the town center, there is a significant uphill section. Parking is very easy: there is space for one car inside the property and plenty of free parking on the street.

If you do not have a vehicle, we recommend taking the R1 train to Mataró and then a taxi from the station (approximately €10).

• Pet-friendly! The property has a 1.80 m perimeter fence, and the garden area is enclosed by a 1 m fence. Maximum 2 pets; pet fee: €35 per pet and per stay.
• For stays of more than 2 weeks, an additional cleaning service is mandatory (€55).
• Garden maintenance may take place during your stay, always with prior notice; it never involves entering the house.
• For security reasons, there is an outdoor security camera at the main entrance, covering the parking area and the driveway. There are no cameras inside the house and no sound is recorded.
• We provide bed linen, towels, and basic amenities. A baby cot and booster seat are available upon prior request and subject to availability (€15 and €5 per stay, respectively).
• We can arrange airport transfers at a fixed rate.

This house is suitable for families and groups of adults aged 21 or over.

Utilities are included in the price; however, we reserve the right to charge additional costs for excessive consumption, so we kindly ask for reasonable use of electricity and water.

Tourist tax is not included and must be paid at check-in. Tourist license: HUTB-074811-05.

Please read our house rules carefully and make sure you can agree to them before making your reservation.
