Beach and city: a modern 3-bedroom apartment for up to 5 guests, just three streets from the beach in Poblenou's 22@ district.
It is a quiet area with plenty of leisure options nearby, close to the Glòries and Diagonal Mar shopping centres and well connected to the city centre by metro, bus and tram.

The apartment is bright, modern and equipped with everything you need for your stay in Barcelona. It has air conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom, TV and free Wi-Fi.
- Bedroom 1: double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), air conditioning and a street-facing window
- Bedroom 2: single trundle bed that converts into a double (two 0.80 x 2.00 m mattresses) and ceiling fan
- Bedroom 3: single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), wardrobe and ceiling fan
- Bedrooms 2 and 3 face an inner courtyard
- Bathroom with shower and hairdryer
- Separate, fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker and kettle
- Washing machine, iron and ironing board
- Street-facing living-dining room with sofa, TV and a balcony
Bed linen and towels, hand soap and basic amenities are provided.

The apartment is on the third floor of a building with an elevator.
Nearest metro: Selva de Mar and Poblenou (L4), two streets away. Line L4 takes you directly to the Fòrum, the Barceloneta beaches, the Gothic Quarter (Jaume I), Urquinaona (next to Plaça de Catalunya), Passeig de Gràcia (near Casa Batlló and La Pedrera) and the Gràcia neighbourhood.

A baby cot and a high chair or booster seat can be provided free of charge upon request, subject to availability.
