Live like a local in a bright, peaceful 2-bedroom apartment for up to 4 guests in Gràcia, one of Barcelona’s most charming neighbourhoods, next to Plaça de la Virreina and a 10-minute walk from Passeig de Gràcia.

The apartment is on the first floor of a residential building with no elevator; as there is a mezzanine level, it is the equivalent of two flights of stairs. It has air conditioning in the living room, free Wi-Fi and a TV.

BATHROOM: full bathroom with shower and hairdryer.
KITCHEN: separate, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided.
LIVING AND DINING AREA: comfortable sofa, TV and dining space.

We provide bed linen, towels and hand soap.

Gràcia was an independent town until the late 19th century and still keeps its own identity, traditions and local lifestyle. Plaça de la Virreina, right next to the building, is filled with cafés and terraces, and Carrer Verdi, a 5-minute walk away, is lined with restaurants, tapas bars, local boutiques and the Verdi Cinema, known for showing independent and international films in their original language.

Every August, the Gràcia Festival fills the neighbourhood with themed street decorations created by residents, live music and performances. All year round it offers cosy cafés, local markets and independent shops, with a more relaxed atmosphere than the main tourist areas.

Nearest metro: Lesseps (L3) and Joanic (L4), with quick access to Plaça de Catalunya and the old town in under 10 minutes.

A baby cot and a high chair or booster seat can be provided free of charge upon request, subject to availability.
