Sleeping arrangements
The master bedroom features a king size bed with high quality linens and a flat screen TV, creating a peaceful space for rest and privacy. The second bedroom offers two queen size beds and direct access to the furnished balcony, perfect for enjoying the ocean breeze. Both bedrooms include ample storage, ensuring a comfortable and organized stay for families, couples, or groups.

Bathrooms
Three spa-inspired bathrooms are finished with floor-to-ceiling tiles and walk-in showers, providing a true retreat after a day exploring San Juan. Each bathroom is thoughtfully designed with high-end fixtures and plenty of space for your essentials.

Living area
The spacious living room is furnished with plush leather recliners and a flat screen TV, making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach or pool. Large windows frame the ocean, and sliding doors lead directly to the balcony—ideal for morning coffee or sunset relaxation.

Kitchen & dining
A state-of-the-art kitchen awaits, equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large quartz island, and elegant gold accents. Whether you’re preparing a casual breakfast or a special dinner, the kitchen is both functional and stylish. The dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals and conversation.

Located in the heart of San Juan, this sub penthouse is perfectly positioned for exploring the city’s vibrant culture. Walk about 14 minutes to Condado Beach, or 5 minutes to Playita del Condado, or take a short drive to Old San Juan and La Placita de Santurce for historic sites, dining, and nightlife. Uber and local taxis are readily available, and the lobby concierge can assist with booking excursions and activities.

Additional amenities include air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer, dedicated workspace, pet-friendly policy, and secure building access with self check-in. Essentials like linens, toiletries, and kitchen basics are provided for a seamless stay.

Check-in is self-service via smart lock. Valid ID is required at reception for every guest. A welcome email will be sent via the platform, providing you with your room code and specific details about your stay.

Parking:
There is no parking at the building. We have reserved space in the Paseo Caribe garage next door for $25 per night, with free in-and-out access - come and go as often as you like at no extra charge. Availability is very limited and cannot be guaranteed, so request a space as early as possible and we will confirm before arrival. If nothing is available you will need to arrange parking on your own; the nearby public garages charge per entry, which means paying again every time you return to the building.
We provide:
Basic toiletries, dish soap, dish sponge, and paper goods.
2 towels per guest.
Guests should purchase additional supplies for longer stays.
ID Requirement:
All guests MUST present valid identification for check-in. Please bring ID for each guest! This is mandatory for the check-in process.
Backup Utilities:
The villa is equipped with a generator and water tank to ensure uninterrupted service during any power or water interruptions.
