"Oceanside Oasis," a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath beachfront condo located in the highly desirable gated community of San Miguel II, boasts stunning sit-down, Ocean, Beach, Pier, & Sunset Views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and of course, the balcony. Because we're on the TOP FLOOR, you can see the Entire Pier!
"OCEANSIDE OASIS," is a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath beachfront condo located in the highly desirable gated community of San Miguel II, boasts stunning sit-down, Ocean, Beach, Pier, & Sunset Views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and of course, the balcony. Because we're on the TOP FLOOR, you can see the Entire Pier, as well as over 180 degrees of the majestic California coastline including the Oceanside jetties by the marina directly from the living room.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
-Oceanside Oasis is NOT CHILD FRIENDLY and may not be safe for children. The home contains upscale, fragile décor throughout and is not childproofed.
-A 31-NIGHT MINIMUM RENTAL (per HOA). We only rent this property by the calendar month (for example, all of June), usually by checking in on the last day of the prior month and checking out the first day of the following month (second half of May and first half Oct. are also available if interested).
-SELECTING a 31-NIGHT STAY REMOVES the 11.5% Oceanside transient tax.
-One flight of stairs is required to access the unit after taking the elevator from the garage.

We’ve stocked the kitchen with everything you might need, chosen for its durability and quality, from stoneware dishes to professional-grade All-Clad cookware. Also enjoy a Keurig and traditional drip coffee maker, a Vitamix blender, an air fryer, and a full range of kitchen utensils and accessories.
BEDROOMS:
The primary bedroom is designed with comfort in mind, featuring a top-of-the-line King mattress (2025) a must-have for a great night sleep. You'll also enjoy a private en suite bathroom with a tub, a spacious newly built out walk-in closet, and a 55” smart TV with channels and free Netflix.
The guest bedroom includes a Queen bed with a newer comfy Sealy Posturepedic mattress for a restful night’s sleep.
