You’ll have full, private access to the entire condo and its private balcony, with self check-in by keypad. Complimentary garage parking on the premises includes two spaces, and elevators and luggage/grocery carts help with arrival.

Your stay also includes access to Crescent Keyes’ shared resort amenities:
• Direct access to Crescent Beach via a private, lighted resort walkway
• A large heated indoor pool available year-round during designated hours, an outdoor pool, and a kiddie pool
• Two lazy rivers and four hot tubs; shared hot-tub access is available year-round, 24 hours a day

The gated property uses keycodes for entry to the building, lobby, and pool areas.

Crescent Keyes Condo is located on Crescent Beach in North Myrtle Beach. The closest airport is Myrtle Beach International Airport, just a quick 30 minute drive. Most guests arrive in a personal vehicle but rideshare services and taxis are available.

There are many businesses available by walking, close by--within one-half mile to a mile. We are on a local bus line on Ocean Blvd. Public bus transportation, taxis, and Uber are available.

Free Parking is provided in our garage for up to two vehicles. The condo has inside parking on the floors below the living quarters. Parking in our garage is limited during high season and is always RESTRICTED TO VEHICLES UNDER 6 FEET 8 INCHES. Any vehicles taller than that will damage the ceiling sprinkler system. Owners of Vehicles damaging the system will be responsible for repairs. The building has a surveillance system.

No garage parking is allowed for motorcycles, mopeds, or golf carts. There is a paid $2.00 an hr. daytime public parking lot across the street and in many more places, particularly near public passages to the beach. There is no overnight street or public parking lot parking in NMB.

Security: The Crescent Keyes building is a secure, gated property. Keycodes are required for entry to the building, lobby, and pool areas, ensuring your safety and privacy. The area is also served by its own dedicated North Myrtle Beach Police Department.

Accessibility: The building’s main entrances, lobby, and ramps to the beach are wheelchair accessible, but the condo itself is not fully wheelchair accessible. The bathing areas and 2-inch water barriers at the balcony doors may present challenges for wheelchair users.

Beach chairs, bodyboards, and a large umbrella are available to rent during your visit.

Exterior security cameras are present on the property. The condo also has smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
