Exciting New Ocean Lakes Amenities for 2027

Ocean Lakes is currently completing a major Sandy Harbor expansion. The original indoor pool, outdoor pool, and mini golf closed September 8, 2026 for construction, with the new facilities targeted for Memorial Day weekend 2027.

The expansion is planned to include a new resort-style outdoor pool with private cabanas, a much larger climate-controlled indoor pool, children's splash pool and aquatic play area, two indoor body slides, expanded Game Center space, and new food service. The separate Sandy Harbor Water Park continues on its seasonal schedule.

Guests should check Ocean Lakes' current operating schedules before arrival, as amenities can be affected by season, weather, staffing, maintenance, and construction.
