¡Bienvenidos!

Cool terrazzo floors, fresh white walls, big windows full of light, and air conditioning in every room make it a breezy, comfortable home base for exploring the city.

Kitchen: Fully equipped for real cooking: electric stove and oven, refrigerator, microwave, rice cooker, blender, and coffee maker, plus a knife set, cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and wine glasses. A bright dining nook by the window seats the group.
Two bedrooms: both with queen beds, fresh linens and A/C. One bedroom also has a TV. A queen air mattress is available for extra guests.
Bathroom: A sleek, modern bathroom with a walk-in glass rain shower, fresh towels, and toiletries provided.
Comforts: in-unit washer/dryer, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, hair dryer, iron, and the everyday basics so you can settle right in.
Sleeping & capacity — please read: The two bedrooms have two queen beds that comfortably sleep 4. A queen air mattress is available for up to 2 additional guests (6 maximum) — ideal for kids or a flexible group. Please note there is 1 bathroom.
Outdoor & building: This is a top-floor unit with no private balcony, but the gated building has a lush shared tropical garden and a shared common lounge you're welcome to enjoy alongside other residents.
Please note: This is a 3rd-floor unit reached by stairs — there is no elevator. Easy for most guests, but worth knowing if stairs are a concern or you're traveling with heavy luggage.
You'll have full private access to the entire 2-bedroom apartment. The building is gated and secure — you'll pass through a locked gate to reach your unit.
Self check-in and self check-out via lockbox/smart lock. Your code and step-by-step instructions are sent before arrival. You'll also have access to the building's shared common lounge area.
This is a self check-in / self check-out home, so you'll have complete privacy. That said, we're available 24/7 by phone or message — if anything comes up or you need a local tip, we're a quick text away.
Brisa sits in Punta Las Marías, a quiet, tree-lined residential neighborhood that forms the bridge between Ocean Park and Isla Verde along San Juan's beach corridor. It's the kind of place locals actually live — gated lanes, leafy sidewalks, and a relaxed, authentically Puerto Rican vibe rather than a tourist party zone. Safe by day and quiet at night, it's one of the easiest areas in the city to walk around.
You're a short walk from Ocean Park Beach — a wide, soft, white-sand stretch that's famously low-key and a favorite of locals for swimming, jogging, beach volleyball, and kitesurfing. Just south runs Calle Loíza, one of San Juan's best food-and-drink strips, packed with cocktail bars, indie boutiques, bakeries, and some of the city's top restaurants. Right around the corner on Bucare Street you've got Barbacoa Restaurant and CUT Butcher Shop, plus coffee shops, convenience stores, Walgreens, and grocery options (Pitusa) all within a few minutes' walk. Parque Barbosa and the calmer coves of Punta Las Marías are close by too.
Daily essentials — beach, restaurants, pharmacy, groceries — are mostly 5–10 minutes on foot. And you're centrally placed for everything else: about 5–7 min to Isla Verde, 8–10 min to Condado, 12–15 min to Old San Juan, and just 10–15 min to the airport.
You won't need a car to enjoy San Juan from here — the neighborhood is very walkable for the beach, restaurants, coffee, pharmacy, and groceries.
Airport (SJU): Luis Muñoz Marín International is about a 10–15 minute drive — one of the closest beach neighborhoods to the airport.
Uber & rideshare: Uber is widely available across the San Juan metro, with reliable cars, card payment, and short wait times. Most rides around the city run roughly $8–15; expect higher "surge" pricing during weekday rush hours (about 7–9 AM and 4–6 PM) and Sunday mornings.
Taxis: Available in tourist zones with set/posted rates; airport pickups use a regulated flat rate. Taxis are usually cash and often pricier than Uber.
Walking: Beaches, Calle Loíza dining, groceries, and a pharmacy are all within a short stroll.
Public transit: Budget option — the AMA public bus is about $0.75, and the Tren Urbano metro ($1.50) connects Santurce and the financial/university districts (handy for some trips, less so for the main beach/tourist spots).
Biking: The coast is bike-friendly, with rentals available around Ocean Park and Condado.
Food delivery: Uber Eats and other delivery apps work throughout the area.
Exploring the island: For day trips beyond the metro (El Yunque rainforest, west-coast beaches), a rental car is the most flexible option; for a city-only stay, rideshare is usually easier and cheaper.
Note this unit has free street parking only (no assigned space).
A/C in every room. Please use responsibly and switch off when you head out.
Electric & water are included in your stay.
Top-floor (3rd floor), stairs only — no elevator.
No private outdoor space; the building's shared tropical garden and common lounge are available to all residents and guests.
Free street parking only — there is no dedicated/assigned space.
No pets.
No smoking inside the property.
No parties or events — this is a quiet, residential building.
Air mattress: great for extra guests, but it does take up floor space when in use.
Punta Las Marías is a safe, well-known residential neighborhood between Ocean Park and Isla Verde.
Water heater: like most systems on the island, it may take a minute or two to fully heat up.
Island life: brief power or water interruptions can occasionally happen and are usually restored quickly — normal for the region and out of our control.
