Your own private bedroom with a secure keypad lock, in a quiet, safe Mesa neighborhood near the 202. Ideal for remote workers and traveling professionals, with a dedicated desk, fast Wi-Fi, and a dresser and closet for unpacking. Share a bathroom, a full kitchen, and comfortable living spaces with other guests. The laundry is right next to your room, which is handy, though you may hear it in use. Great value for a longer stay.

Your room
Your private bedroom has its own electronic keypad lock, so your space stays yours. Only the host has the code, and it's used for emergencies only. The room comes furnished with a bed, nightstands, lamps, a dresser, and a desk and chair for work. The mirrored closet has hangers ready for your clothes. Every room is professionally cleaned before each stay.

The home
This is a 6-bedroom, 3-bathroom house shared with other guests. Your room shares one bathroom with three other guests. You'll also have access to the living room, family room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry room. The shared areas are professionally cleaned every other week.

Kitchen and entertainment
The kitchen has all the appliances and cookware you need to make a home-cooked meal. When it's time to relax, the living room has a 70" TV and the family room has a 55" TV.

You'll have access to the living room, family room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, backyard & two bathrooms. The garage will be locked due to the hosts personal items inside.

I leave my phone number on the white board in the laundry room. If it's after 9pm, you may need to call twice to ensure my phone rings. I normally meet each guest who arrives and will show you around the house. If there is anything that you notice is missing or would be nice to have, don't hesitate to let me know!

Checkout and overstays
Please check out on time. Another guest may be arriving, and late checkouts affect cleaning and their stay. If you need extra time, message me in advance and I'll do my best to accommodate you.

Unapproved late checkouts are charged as follows:
• Up to 30 minutes late: $25
• 30 minutes to 2 hours late: $50
• More than 2 hours late: one additional night ($100), plus any related costs such as extra cleaning, rescheduling, or compensation to incoming guests

Stays under 28 days: Remaining past checkout without approval is considered trespassing, and you may be asked to leave by the host or local authorities.

Stays of 28 days or longer: Remaining past checkout without approval may create a holdover tenancy requiring formal eviction. You'll be responsible for all legal costs, additional nightly charges, and any damages during that time.
