This turn of the century cottage on Cobbossee lake has been updated to have the modern amenities, but retains it's old-time charm. Watch the moon rise over the water and see the lighthouse blinking at night. The home has ample room for the whole family, including a fully applianced kitchen with 2 stoves and a dishwasher! The farmer's porch in front has a propane grill, and the glassed in back porch is where everyone loves to hang out, with ample seating and a dining table. The waterfront area has a dock and is great for swimming and fishing. Catch bass right off the dock! Paddleboards, kayaks, and even a paddle boat are there for your use. Close to town for shopping and there is a restaurant/pub within walking distance! The home has town water - so no worries about drinking water! There is a bathroom with a shower and laundry on the first floor along with a bedroom and the second floor has 6 additional bedrooms and 2 more baths - one with a clawfoot tub.
