The farmer's porch in front has a propane grill, and the glassed in back porch is where everyone loves to hang out, with ample seating and a dining table. The waterfront area has a dock and is great for swimming and fishing. Catch bass right off the dock! Paddleboards, kayaks, and even a paddle boat are there for your use. Close to town for shopping and there is a restaurant/pub within walking distance! The home has town water - so no worries about drinking water!
