The Cambridge House is a beautiful Victorian style home that was built in 1890…but has been recently renovated with mid century charm.

The backyard is a quiet oasis full of professionally landscaped mature trees and flowers…relax on the back deck listening to birds chirping and watching the butterflies busy at work. Or just unwind and enjoy the evenings in the private seclusion...hard to believe your in the middle of the city when you’re here!

The front porch is wide open and well lit, sit back and people watch the locals enjoying their morning, afternoon and evening stroll!

The upper bedroom also has an amazing balcony high above the street, offering the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening glass of wine.

Go see the Brewers play at American Family Stadium, just catch a shuttle from one of the numerous bars.

Fiserv Forum is just a few minutes away for Bucks and Marquette Warriors basketball, Wave soccer and Admirals hockey and big name concerts!

Bradford Beach is also just a few blocks away...a great spot for beach volleyball and enjoying Lake Michigan.

We are just steps away from the famous RiverWalk trail that traces along the Milwaukee River through bustling downtown, into Historic Third Ward and all the way down to the Summerfest Grounds.

Branch off the RiverWalk and check out the Oak Leaf Trail which offers 135 miles of smooth asphalt for your running, cycling and walking adventures throughout Milwaukee County.

Getting around

The Lower East Side is a very popular place to be…which can make parking interesting. There is free parking on the street with a temporary overnight parking pass (so easy to get!).
All the night life, restaurants and bars on Brady Street is just 3 short blocks away…perfect to walk!
There are multiple breweries in the area, some better to walk and others better to drive.
Fiserv Forum, Water Street and Old World Third are a great Bublr bike ride away or make it easy with an Uber or Lyft.
The Oak Leaf Trail is steps away from our front door…just take the wooded trail down to the bridge and over the Milwaukee River.
I-43 will likely be your route into Milwaukee. We like the scenic route the best, but your mapping may take you a different/faster route (by a few minutes).

If you're coming from the North or South side of Milwaukee, exit I-43 on the McKinley exit, take a left on Water Street, Water St becomes Kane Pl, then turn left on Warren, Warren becomes Cambridge Ave.
