Located in one of the best neighborhoods in Milwaukee with old town charm, this upper level unit built in 1890 is on a quiet street with easy parking. The amazing location is steps to the many breweries, bars, restaurants and shops located on Brady and Water Street, and only 1 mile from Fiserv Forum.

The recently renovated kitchen and bathroom have modern amenities with stylish charm. The primary bedroom located off the kitchen has a lofted ceiling with a king size memory foam bed and a sofa, which has a pull out queen mattress in it. The second bedroom is on the other end of the house with another king size memory foam mattress. The open living area includes a dining, living and kitchen area. With high speed WiFi throughout the unit, the comfortable dining table can double as your work from home space. Sip your coffee from the front porch, which has great views of the city and is all yours to enjoy. Relax in the back yard under the shaded pergola, which is shared with the lower unit. This is a perfect stay for the digital nomad, couples or a few close friends.

Built in 1890 with all of its charm, the floors have some minor sloping in areas. The house is not childproofed (no wall secured furniture or covered outlets) and is not well suited for children under 9. There is a short exterior flight of stairs (12 steps) and an interior flight of stairs (15 steps) to the unit.
