We have a small gate to enter from the street and passion fruit vines which you are welcome to enjoy if they are in season!

Short walk (3 blocks) to downtown Encinitas with tons of great shops, restaurants, and bars (and even a movie theater!).

3 min walk to famous Moonlight Beach, with snack shack, playground, volleyball courts, fire pits, showers/bathrooms and the most amazing sunsets.

Large driveway in back of house, accessible from A street alley with Basketball hoop ( available upon request). Fits 2 cars comfortably. 3rd car can squeeze behind or park on street.

Walk to the beach with everything in tow! Wagon comes with beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, frisbees, basket of beach toys, paddle ball set and cooler.
