Bathroom #1 is located on the second level and has a standing shower.

Bathroom #2 is located on level 3 and has a bathtub.

No bathroom on the first floor.

RULES:

-No smoking inside the house. $500 fines for smoking.

-No fires or BBQs outside. Tahoe vicinity is an area of high fire hazard and violators will result in fines starting at $5000 per Placer County. (No open wood burning pits, bonfires, or campfires. No Natural gas/propane burning fireplaces and fire pits. Guests shall NOT bring personal fireplaces or fire pits.)

-No pets. My child has an allergy. $500 fines for bringing pets.

-No parties. Quiet hours: 9pm-8am. If we receive complaints from our neighbors regarding a party, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. You will be charged $500 fines and will not be refunded your reservation.

-Maximum adult guests 10. Children under 12 are not included in the head count. Placer County has a guest limit and we abide by the regulation.

-Minimum age to rent: 25

ENTERTAINMENT:

For entertainment, we have a professional Tornado foosball table, a ping pong table in the garage, 65-inch TV equipped with Hulu, Netflix, Prime, and AppleTV, board games and puzzles.

KITCHEN:

The modern kitchen has a variety of appliances, including a blender, toaster, Instant Pot, rice cooker, coffee pot, and water heater. Experience the purity of Tahoe's water by indulging in tap water, minimizing plastic usage.

HEAT:

Our whole home has a central heat. We provide fans for upstairs bedrooms to keep you cool during warmer days. Extra infrared heaters besides central heat are provided as well.

A/C:

We have a dual HVAC so the house has air conditioning. Tahoe homes don't need cooling much.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY AMENITIES: Families with little ones will find comfort in our thoughtful provisions, including a Graco pack n’ play portable crib, booster seat, baby utensils, and games. Please note that our home isn't childproofed, and the hot tub isn't suitable for babies or young children.

LAUNDRY CONVENIENCE: Take care of your laundry needs effortlessly with a washer and dryer located on the first floor. If cherished items require special attention, we recommend washing them at home due to the use of bleach by our cleaners.

BEAR AWARENESS: As you explore Tahoe's wilderness, be mindful of bears in the area. To ensure safety, refrain from leaving edibles in your car. Utilize the bear bin in our driveway for trash disposal and ensure it's securely closed.

SAFETY & PRIVACY: Your security is paramount to us. Carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, and fire extinguishers are placed on every floor. Ring cameras are present on the front entrance and driveway for safety.
