The space
Nestled on 3 wooded acres just south of Austin City Limits, this luxurious and serene retreat offers a peaceful haven surrounded by nature. Enjoy the presence of local wildlife, including deer, hawks, rabbits, owls, lizards, a fox, butterflies and ducks!

As you enter the property, you'll notice a historic stone well on your left, originally built by Brigadier-General Ben McCullough of the Texas Revolution, and fed by a natural aquifer.

**Spa**
Salt water Spa is an added amenity for $30. Please let us know in advance whether or not you’re interested. During the summer, the spa is not heated.

**Circuit of the Americas**
Just 11 miles away via scenic country roads, you can easily attend events without entering Austin. A toll road from the airport will take you directly to the cabin and the event, bypassing city traffic.

**Major Events**
For SXSW and other events, retreat to your quiet oasis just 15 minutes south of Central Austin. Enjoy a cozy fire and some relaxation away from the crowds.

**ACL Festivals**
The center of town is about 20 minutes away. Drop-off spots for public buses to ACL are just 15 minutes from the cabin, minimizing parking hassles. Return to your Airstream to relax by the fire after the festival.

Guest access
Within this large property there are 2 airstreams and 1 cabin. Each hosts 2 guests. it is possible to reserve all 3 to have friends stay together.

Other things to note
The Airstream features a convenient shower and toilet for your use. Additionally, we provide an outhouse with a compostable toilet for solid waste; please use the outhouse for this purpose. For a more immersive glamping experience, enjoy our outdoor shower with hot and cold water and excellent water pressure!

To ensure the safety of our property and its feathered residents, we keep the front gate closed. At night, our two friendly dogs are on patrol to protect the fowl from any potential predators.

Genevieve, a 6-year-old Lab mix, brings her own adventurous spirit to every moment. Buddy, also 6, is a lovable Pit mix with a gentle, Eeyore-like demeanor.

Our well-trained canine companions are always excited to meet new guests and add a warm, welcoming touch to your stay.
