Although it is isolated from the center, the area offers shops, restaurants, and charming corners, and you will have easy access to the city when you wish to explore more. The studio has a comfortable bedroom, a kitchenette, and a clean and bright bathroom. Everything is ready for a worry-free stay: from essentials to special touches to make you feel at home. Although the listing has privacy and the areas are not shared with the main house, since it is an attached house connected to another structure, you may occasionally perceive some normal sound from a residential property. There is an internal door that is kept strictly closed and secured on both sides to ensure total privacy for both parties (it is only used for cleaning between stays and as an emergency exit). No pets allowed. * No smoking * The self check-in information will be sent on the same day as check-in. * Only 2 guests, an additional guest will be charged $20 Respect quiet hours after 10 p.m. The accommodation offers complete privacy, bedroom, full bathroom, kitchen, and private entrance, no need to interact with anyone. For long-term bookings We offer a courtesy starter pack (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, water, and soap) ideal for the first days of your stay. For long stays, additional supplies are the responsibility of the guest. House rule - Forgotten items: Guests are responsible for checking the space before check-out and collecting all their belongings. The host is not responsible for items forgotten or left on the property.
