Start your morning out by sitting out in the oversized screened in porch with your coffee watching the manatees swim by. You'll see wildlife all around you and if you're lucky you'll see Chip the dolphin. We have a dock to bring 2 boats which you can head up river or go out to Mud River or the gulf. Drop your boat in at Rogers Park which is around the corn from the house. Explore all that Weeki Wachee has to offer. This is a 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home. All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor with 2 of them overlooking the river. Murphy queen bed in the living room. French doors go out to an oversized screened in porch which has a table that sits 6 and multiple sitting areas. 2 docks one with a covered swinging bench which is the best place to sit and people watch. Outside the front door is another room which gives you access to a washer and dryer. A gas grill is on the property. 7 kayaks are on the property for your group to use.
