Magic on Magnolia Villa is a beautifully furnished 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom villa with its own private southwest facing pool and spa. The villa is situated in a secure gated community of High Grove and only 6 miles to Walt Disney World. The single storey villa includes 2 Master Suites and 2 further twin bedded rooms which share a 'jack and Jill' adjoining bathroom. This villa is perfect for one or two families, making this an ideal vacation rental home.

Living Area:

The open plan living area is fully furnished with a full suite, which offers a 3 seater and a 2 seater sofa. You also have direct access through the alarmed patio doors to the pool area. The villa comes with HD TV with Roku, DVD, Wii Console and games, high speed Wi Fi and a phone to make free calls within USA, Canada and Puerto Rico.

Kitchen:

A beautiful fully equipped kitchen with all appliances of a 4 ring stove, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal, fridge freezer, cutlery and cooking utensils, dish cloths etc.

There is also a dining table that seats 6 and breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: King size bed, Roku TV, ensuite facilities and patio doors giving direct access to the pool area

Bedroom 2: King size bed, Roku TV, ensuite facilities and doors leading out to the pool area

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds and cable TV

The two ensuite bathrooms have a toilet and a large shower enclosure

Pool and View:

The outdoor pool area is extremely spacious with a full size pool facing southwest and a spa which can be heated at an additional fee. The patio area is brick paved, with a covered lanai and eating area with outdoor seating to soak up the sun. A pool cover is also provided for protection of the pool from insects.

Other:

A baby cot, highchair, baby gate and stroller are also available for use

To keep all your valuables safe, a lockable safe/security box is provided.

There is a washer and dryer and a door leading to the garage / games room to keep the younger ones occupied consisting of;

Community:

This beautiful home is situated in a well maintained gated community of High Grove located at the intersection of Highway 192 and Highway 27.

The community clubhouse has a pool, spa, fitness centre, a large games room with full size pool table, access to the internet, printer and fax and a large library of books to borrow and helpful concierge staff who are available to help and give you local tips.

There is also a small playground and a new 9 hole mini golf course.

Surrounding Areas:

Just outside the gates, there is a local Irish bar offering a full menu, showing all live soccer/football games, which is a just few minutes walking distance from the villa.

The Walmart is situated almost opposite the gated community with a KFC and Taco Bell adjacent. Many other bars, restaurants and shopping nearby along the Highway 27.
